Time to get stitching for Christmas!<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1750/1718/1600/leaves.0.jpg"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1750/1718/320/leaves.0.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><span style="color: rgb(153, 0, 0);font-family:georgia;font-size:180%;" >W</span>ow! I cannot believe that we are already heading into the Holi<span style="font-family:georgia;">day S</span>eason in just a couple of weeks. Don't worry, there is still time to get those Christmas gift mottos ordered and stitched for your loved ones before Christmas.<br /><br />It was great seeing so many of our repeat customers at the Fall Craft Shows these past few weekends, and to make and meet many new ones. It is such an encouragement when you tell us how much you have enjoyed stitching your kits and how easy it was for you to pick up and learn to do. It is always our prayer that they will be a blessing to you as you stitch them and to your family and friends as you display them in your home.<br /><br />I completely stitched a new motto during last weekend's show and hope to have it online soon. <span style="font-style: italic;">(I told you this punched paper embroidery stitches fast! Try that with cross-stitch or needlepoint!)</span> Be looking for "Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much" before the end of this year. Our other mottos in the works are "Praise God from Whom All Blessings Flow" and "The Fruit of The Spirit". Those should be out in the first quarter of 2006.<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1750/1718/1600/WELCblog.jpg"><img style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; float: right; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1750/1718/320/WELCblog.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><span style="font-style: italic;"><span style="color: rgb(153, 0, 0);">Tip: A great way to frame your victorian motto</span></span><span style="font-style: italic;"><span style="color: rgb(153, 0, 0);"> sampler inexpensively is to look for a horizontal or vertical print in a pretty frame (at stores like T.J. Maxx or Tuesday Morning) and then</span></span><span style="font-style: italic;"><span style="color: rgb(153, 0, 0);"> remove the print and use the frame. Use brown craft paper and a gluestick to re-finish the back of the frame. We have framed some of our mottos beautifully for under $20 using this method! </span></span><br /><div style="text-align: left;font-family:georgia;"><br />~ Jennifer<br /><br /><span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;font-size:85%;" ><span style="font-family:georgia;">Back to: </span><a style="font-family: georgia;" href="http://www.sagestitchworks.com/"><span style="color: rgb(102, 0, 0);">Sage Stitchworks Home</span></a><br /></span></div><span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;font-family:georgia;font-size:85%;" ><span style="color: rgb(153, 0, 0);">E-mail Us:</span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;font-family:georgia;font-size:85%;" > </span><span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;font-size:85%;" ><a href="mailto:mottos@sagestitchworks.com" style="font-family:georgia;"><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-family:georgia;" ><img src="http://www3.bev.net/bev-img/mailto.gif" /></span></a><br /></span><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.sagestitchworks.com"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1750/1718/400/banner3.1.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a>Sagenoreply@blogger.com
